Transmogrifer Farvald Kerner (a.k.a. "EvilSeed")

Note:
  1. Master Kerner, born to the Undead Bloodline, joined The Ministry in order to NOT become truly undead. He attempted to transmute his innate gifts into life, by focusing his studies on the cultivation and uses of magical plants.
  2. Master Kerner quickly worked his way up the political structure to the rank of Ministry Transmogrifer. He now has custody of an extra-planar captive for research purposes.
  3. Master Kerner has been 5th level for a particularly long time.
  4. Master Kerner has, in fact, been leveling up in being a moss-lich.
  5. Master Kerner accepted the Purgatory Gulch contract as a chance to investigate how life thrives in this seemingly inhospitable environment.
  6. Master Kerner has not yet managed to invent new plants. He has converted some of the existing farm plants into monstrous and possibly undead plants, instead.
  7. Master Kerner has set the farmers to work smoking the Hell Bovine carcasses down to form more effective compost for his nefarious projects.
  8. Scaevola Aemula would gladly tell someone how to find Master Kerner's Rejuvenating Seed and destroy it before killing the sorcerer himself, if she were able.

Bloodline Arcana: Some undead are susceptible to your mind-affecting spells. Corporeal undead that were once humanoids are treated as humanoids for the purposes of determining which spells affect them.
Spells listed below with names in bold are necromantic in origin. They may benefit from Master Kerner's Spell Focus: Necromancy feat. All saving throws against Master Kerner's necromantic spellcrafting have their Difficulty Class increased by +1.

Cause a stabilized creature to resume dying.

Deals 1d6 damage to one undead.
Makes minor repairs on an object.

Changes your appearance. (Special: Farvald can look like his living human self only.)
Gives +10 bonus to identify magic items.
Ray causes 1d6 Str penalty + 1 per 2 levels.

One touch/level deals 1d6 damage and possibly 1 Str damage.
 

Second level

Undead creature obeys your commands.
Frightens creatures of less than 6 HD.
Bonus:
Gain 1d10 temporary hp + 1/level (max +10).
 

Third level

Hides subject from divination, scrying. (Special: scrying reports a rotten carcass in this location, possibly minor undead.)
