Lady Velinar
Lady Velinar is the second in command in the Valkin Empire. Lady Valinar is known as one of the most brutal commanders within the Valkrin Empire. She was known to experiment with dark magics, as well as harnassing and controlling the power of the undead.
During the war, the forces she utilized most were undead creatures, lycanthropes, and vampires.
Lady Velinar's symbol is a snake encircled around a blade.
