Established in the fallout of Nalekk's rampage, to clean up the swaths of death. Nowadays, they maintain the various mausoleums across the city. There are dark rumors about their dealings, including blackmail of the other Houses via kidnapping the children of the head of each House. House Vishir's 'headquarters' is the manor located in eastern Silkknot.
