A tall birch staff, near the top of the slightly bending shaft it splits apart into what looks like a dead sapling. Winding up the shaft is a mysterious text branded in the wood that can't be read. Wherever the top of the staff touches, a birch tree will almost instantly grow, up it can be up to twice the users height and 6 inches thick it can do this three times every long rest. The staff can also be used as a spell slot of any level slot (not above your own level) and material component once per long rest. As a melee weapon it has the stats of a quarter staff. If the grow a tree under a creature they must make a dexterity saving throw against your spell DC, on a fail they take 2d6 force damage.
