Show spoiler
The Ring is charged by lightning, when charging the player must roll a d10, that is the number of charges the ring holds, it can't hold more than 10 charges if it exceeds the charge limit, the player must make a Con save with a DC of 15, if they succeed the lightning is absorbed, if they fail they take 2d6 lightning damage. You can use a charge during a attack(spell or melee) and add 1d6 to the damage. You can use all the charges at once (the damage does stack) but the player must make a CON saving with a 10 DC, if they succeed they, have exhaustion level 3, if they fail they take 2d6 lightning damage and exhaustion level 3. The ring calls to it's natural element, any lightning in a mile diameter circle will be brought down on you, follow the rules for the charge limit. The ring was found in a massive charred crater in the West, out on Iron Island in Pyke. The crater was created from constant lightning strikes hitting the ring.
