There are places on Ellides that face countless threats - places where only the strong survive, and only the truly skilled come to power. One such place is the deserted city, Fallkirk, where the drinks are almost as strong as the orcs.

Government
The Government of Fallkirk is essentially anarchy. People still use money to buy things, and own shops to sell things, and people know not to cross people who live in Fallkirk if they value their lives. This pseudo-economy has run Fallkirk for years.
Defences
The closest thing to a defense Fallkirk has is a flimsy wooden spiked wall at a grand 5 feet high. The reason it's survived the countless orc attacks is because of the vitality of its citizens.
Assets
The city itself owns nothing, but there are a whole lot of taverns if you're interested.
History
Fallkirk was founded in the year 451. Because of its proximity to the desert, it was meant to be a winter getaway, and an aquatic paradise. Immediately, all the settler's plans were halted by multiple orc attacks from the desert to the East. It took hundreds of years to build the city up to where it stood under those conditions, and the descendants of the settlers finally fulfilled their ancestors' dreams - directly before it was destroyed in the mid 700s by an organized terrorist attack by orcs. After that, the country considered it a ruined city, stopped sending military backup, and Fallkirk was forced to become reliant on themselves.
Tourism
People who believe themselves to be tough occasionally come to attempt to live in Fallkirk for a while. There are no functioning Inns in the city, so most are forced to sleep outside, if they don't know a friend. Those who don't succumb to the heat, or who aren't murdered, rarely come out unscathed and fulfilled.
Geography
Fallkirk sits just along the border of a great desert in Glaenia.
