Ellapier
A major city from 40s-50s Earth mysteriously arrives on Ellapier, a fantasy world set atop a pillar (as opposed to being a global planet). The city is managing, having been able to contact a dwarven clan that would help keep electricity running in exchange for modern technology. They are however, within the borders of a martial kingdom that isn't happy to be hosting them, and the city cannot resupply their own ammunition quickly or easily.
The city (Fairview or Quesnel) is home to Red Panther Private Investigation, and other agencies, which are somewhere between police, detectives, and mercenaries. Players in this game will work for Red Panther P.I.
