Kia is the Vukasin successor, and talks to end the experiment and all Dragios involvement with humanity is started. Representatives from the United Nations is sent to engage in the peace talks. The talks are held on Elivera, near the portal that leads to Greenland, Earth.   Vukasin is assassinated not long into the peace talks, so Kia becomes the next Vukasin. She negotiates a 1000 year ban of all Dragios from Elivera and Earth systems in exchange for specific DNA information. Most of the Dragios pull out of the system and their Ring is coded by Kayen's rebel group to not allow Dragios ships to enter the system. Scholars in the future will name this event the "Silence." All portals to Earth and other planets are deactivated, many of them destroyed.
