Mayor Willow is a female halfling standing just about 3ft tall. She has bright red hair, always wears a green flowery dress, and has the personality to match. Currently she is the mayor of the town of Vence which has been annexed by the Republic. Mayor Willow has a generally bubbly infectious demeanor. The party first met Mayor Willow in the seaside town of Omrith. She and her entourage were awaiting passage to Greenstone for the Summit of Nations, when they were being bullied by Federation guards trying to delay her arrival. The party was able to come to her defense and sorted out the miscommunication with the commanding officer of the town. Together they were picked up by S.O.F. and were ferried to Greenstone aboard the Bayowolf. She took a liking to Rhorn because he could keep up and was tolerant of her drinking habits and party girl alter ego.
