Emerald Cloaks
The Emerald Cloaks are the city of Greenstone’s police force and guard. They are named after their green cloaks and cape, they come equipped with either a sword and shield or a spear and shield. The Emerald Cloaks have an office/station located in every district of the city. Each office is managed by a lieutenant, and each lieutenant reports to the Guard Captain who in turn reports directly to the President Ambrosia Highmore.
