Traits

Wireless Conection: This vehicle can act as an access point for Asking Terra. Additionally, any of the weapons may be opperated remotely by a technomancer, smith, or andriod within 60 ft. of the vehicle.

Tank: The RTV is extremely resistant to explosives, for any damage dealt by an explosive device or bomb increase the Damage Threshold to 40.


Actions

Hold: As a bonus action the RTV may deploy or retract braces from it's wheel carrige fixing the vehicle in place. This nullifies any effect that would push or roll the vehicle. Moving the vehicle while engaged requires a DC 45 Strength check.

Machine Gun: Ranged Attack: +10 to hit, 70/250 ft. range, three targets (within 30ft.), Hit: (12) 3d8 Piercing Damage.

Smooth Bore High Velocity Cannon: Ranged Attack: +10 to hit, 500/3,000 ft. range, one target, Loading: Bonus or Move Action, DC 14 STR, Hit: 35 (10d6) bludgeoning damage. Dealing double damage against objects. Upon a hit, everything within 5 ft of the target must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC equal to 8 + Gunner's proficiency bonus + Gunner's Dexterity modifier) or suffer 2d8 fire damage. If the weapon misses, the ammunition fails to detonate, or bounces away harmlessly before doing so.
