Mechanics & Inner Workings
Simply put it on and look at the animal you wish to speak with. The choker translates their sound directly into your mind where you will and converts your words into sounds they can understand. To them, you’ll sound just like one of their own.
However, it only works with animals that communicate through sound. The sounds don’t need to come from vocal cords—clicks, growls, chirps, or even tail slaps are enough—as long as the animal uses sound to communicate.
Note: It will not work on creatures that rely solely on pheromones, body language, or silent methods of communication
