Good day lady and gentlemen folks the item we have here is known as the Ralph in spoons. It is a wonderful item that is designed to make your guess regurgitate their food. The more they use this spoon the more likely they are to have their food revisit them. This item is a part of the Ralph Collection of cursed and prank items.

- Aura Need looks at the item for min see a dim aura dc 15 tell what type. Enchantment/Necro Earth/Water
- When use to eat make a fort save start at 4. Add 4 to the save for each use.
- If pass nothing happens
- If Failed character throws up and is Nauseated only able to take a single move action. For 1d4 rounds

History
Ralph hey man who likes to have a good time. made spoons as a joke. Now he would use them every so often on his friends or family members. Dumb knowing him we get a good laugh out of it.
Well one night at a party with a bunch of garages a lot of people his servant pulled them out not knowing what they were cuz they needed extra spoons and gave it to some nobleman and guards. Well good night did not as well because one of the people of eight. Was the wife of the lord of the land. Figure out what happen. Decided to lock up several of rouses toys. Thinking they are a bit too extreme and dangerous for a normal society.
No no one knows what happened but the vault has been broken into several times and a lot of the Ralph's collection has gone missing including the spoons
