Folk Elves
Folk Elves are the offspring of Elves and Beast Folk, standing as some of the tallest and most magically inclined of the half-breed species. Their bodies visibly reflect both lineages: long-limbed and graceful like their Elven ancestors, yet marked by the bestial features of their Beast Folk heritage. Among hybrids, they are noted for their deep attunement to magic—many Folk Elves possess an innate grasp of magical forces, even surpassing that of some full-blooded species.
Their personalities often strike a strange balance: contemplative and wise one moment, impulsive and instinct-driven the next. Depending on the kingdom and specific Beast Folk lineage, Folk Elves might be welcomed as powerful magical allies—or mistrusted as unstable outsiders. This tension, both internal and external, frequently drives them to find or forge a place where they truly belong.

Basic Information
Anatomy
Folk Elves are bipedal and lean, typically tall and wiry with the elegant frame of an Elf. From the elbows down, their arms are covered in the fur of their Beast Folk parent, and the same applies from the knees to their feet. They possess full, expressive tails—those with Fox Folk ancestry may even grow multiple tails, a trait that marks them as particularly magical.
Their ears are pointed like an Elf’s but tend to be slightly furred at the edges. Their eyes take after the Beast Folk parent, with sharper shapes and often more vivid coloring. Their teeth are finer and sharper than most Elves, hinting at their mixed heritage. Hair grows long and fine like an Elf’s but often adopts the coloration or texture of their Beast Folk lineage.
