Stor Telan
The Elves of Stor Telan, which is Elvish for "Refuge from the Storm," are Elves who stayed at the border to the Storm Lands after the conflict known as the Great Storm to restore the lands ravaged by the Storm and aid the Orcish civilization that was destroyed by the Fallen's schemes.

The Elves that have inhabited Stor Telan have dedicated themselves to the following goals:
- Restoration of the Storm Lands
- Resettlement of the Orcish Population
- Dismantling of the Fallen's War Machines
- Reclamation of Stolen Magical Relics
History
Due to the events of the Great Storm, large swathes of the three continents were left destitute and barren with no semblance of elemental balance. Additionally, vast armies of Orcs, which were corrupted and used by the Fallen for his war, were left scattered in their former lands. Thus, the Stor Telan project began, funded by Steward Auradir I of the Elemental Enclaves, King Rilwin of the Kingdom of Askel, King Thane of the Siorain Empire, and Queen Dagmar of the Dwarves.
This coalition kept the operation well-funded, and Elves were chosen due to their ability to perceive elementals with ease, as well as the willingness of the original volunteers to spend decades at a time in the storm lands, seeking to restore the balance and bring life back to the damaged areas.
Throughout the millennia since the project began, several thousand square miles of land have been restored with moderate success. The area is historically known as the Frozen Wilds and has been fully restored as has large swathes of land to the north of the Siorain Empire.
While their efforts to restore the biosphere have been met with success, the Orcs have continued to react violently to any attempts for aid, and have taken to retreating further into the Storm Lands whenever they are found.
