Talnorine Wedding Vows

Traditional Wedding Vows:
  Him:
Today, I come to proclaim this promise to you.
This binding of love is long overdue.
Allow me to fix this blatant wrong,
Let me show you my love is strong.
You are the fire of my heart, my guiding star,
My love will be with you, near and far.
From this day forward, our hearts are one.
I will care and support you until my strength is done.
Never will I shatter this vow,
I will stay true, no matter how.
  Her:
I accept your promise with one of my own.
I come eager to sit your love on my heart's throne.
With a thundering heart, I accept your vow,
I know your love's strength, I desire it right now.
My heart remembers no wrong, only right -
My love will be with you when it is dark or bright.
I agree, our souls will be one from this day on,
And I will be yours until my strength is gone.
Never will I ever shatter your trust or love,
Let this promise be witnessed from up above.

Common wedding vows spoken during the ceremony, an oath that is spoken to announce a promise between the couple in front of everyone who matters to them. This set of vows is one used by those who actually fell in love with each other before getting married. Those in an arranged marriage use a different set of vows, one much less passionate and full of bland and non-rhyming verses.   These vows are ones that are rarely broken, as those who use them are sure in their love for each other.
