Vothart, a bustling coastal city and a pivotal member of the Ministry of Reclamation, stands as a testament to adaptation and resilience in the wake of the Kingdom of Eldoria's collapse. This unique city is one of four that collectively forms the Ministry, a makeshift government that rose from the ashes of the fallen kingdom.   Perched on the water's edge, the majority of Vothart's structures are ingeniously built on stilts, extending out into the coastal waters. Wooden huts and buildings create a mesmerizing spectacle as they float on the surface, connected by a labyrinth of bridges and canals. This intricate design forms a massive docking station that facilitates mercantile trade, making Vothart the mercantile trade capital within the Ministry of Reclamation.   At the heart of Vothart's economic power lies the Coin's Consortium, a council of influential businessmen and financiers who wrested control from the previous governor in the chaotic aftermath of the kingdom's fall. This coalition is composed of nobles from the five largest trading houses: House Tensin, House Ogden, House Milliere, House Tichitu, and the preeminent House Fallstar. Together, these powerful houses form a ruling body that oversees the city's governance and economic affairs.   Vothart's significance extends beyond its mercantile prowess. The city is renowned for hosting the Kingdom's largest fish markets, where a bustling array of marine goods is traded daily.
