Sera Aremae

Backstory

  Sera possessed a natural affinity for both healing and combat. From a young age, she displayed an exceptional talent for mending wounds and soothing ailments. As she matured, her skills only grew stronger and soon became a renowned healer within her community.   Driven by a thirst for adventure and a desire to put her skills to the test, Sera embarked on a journey of discovery and danger in her thirties. Along her travels, she encountered a valiant human paladin named Aldric. Bound by a shared purpose and a mutual admiration for one another's abilities, a deep connection grew between them. As they faced numerous challenges together, Sera and Aldric's bond strengthened, and their friendship developed into something more. They found solace and comfort in each other's presence, their love growing amidst the chaos of their adventurous lives.   However, fate had a cruel twist in store for them. During an expedition to vanquish a treacherous green dragon, tragedy struck. In the heat of the battle, Aldric sustained grievous injuries and succumbed to his wounds, leaving Sera devastated and heartbroken. Desperate to bring her fallen love back to life, Sera turned to forbidden forces. In her grief-stricken state, she made a deal with a devil, enticed by its promises of resurrection. But the devil's intentions were far from pure. In a cruel twist of fate, Sera found herself frozen in place, her energy being drained to spread the devil's malevolent influence and transform the land into a twisted realm of cruel beauty.  

History Along Side The Party

  Sera broke free of her crude petrification along with her husband thanks to the efforts of the Eternal Vanguard, that vanquished the demon after a long and gruelling battle. Her husband Aldric GraveClenser and herself agreed to join the GOAT adventuring guild as to return the favour for saving their lives and volunteered to take the fight to Priscilla.   Sera continued to work under the guild and participated in the assault on the capital of Orcholynt, leading a smaller group of soldiers to divert attention away from the infiltrating party.   Following Priscillas defeat, Sera assisted with Empire affairs in order to assist the adventuring guild that saved her, and her husband's life.
