    New Lands
    Artistic creation

The Old Gods separate, each forging continents and planes with their own ideals and plans. They each make unique races, and watch as they form civilizations scattered throughout the vast new swaths of land created across Elderforge with varying landscapes. However, when the Old Gods begin to see the same things that happened with Elisium happen to their new creations, they decide to leave and try again with a completely different world, leaving only shards of their essence behind to watch over Elderforge in their absence.

    The Elder Races
    Founding

The main races that appear out of the absence of the Old Gods and rule Elderforge for many years. The Illithids create a cruel Empire in the North of Velaria. Giants and Primal Elves create a Kingdom in the continent that would later split into Svinland and the Shattered Isles.

    The Second Era
    Era beginning/end

Over the span of several years, the Elder Races disappear from Elderforge for various reasons. The Sorok Empire destroyed by an experimental artifact's explosion whilst warring with the Illithids. The Illitthid Empire was overthrown by a bloody Gith uprising. The Elder Dragons leave the material world to venture into a Dragon-constructed realm of vast sky, leaving their lineage behind. In the large Northern continent, the Giants battle a war with the new-born Dwarves, and the Elves cause a cataclysm in an attempt to bring the Old Gods back to their world, separating them from the rest of the world and forced to focus on rebuilding.

    The Era of Conflict begins
    Military action

After many years of Elderforge being ruled by the new races, an era of pure bloodshed and horror ensues, where dozens of clans war with each other for land and power. Many say this was due to the arrival of the Human race throughout the world. Elves and Humans have created a Kingdom in the Shattered isles, Svinland inhabited by Giants, Dwarves (Dvergr), and Humans, and Velaria fought over by the fleeting Gith, Humans, Elves, Halflings, and Dwarves. The Gith are all but wiped out during this time.

    The Great Unite
    Diplomatic action

The Great Unite is the single most defining point in Elderforge's history. After over a thousand years of conflict, clans across Elderforge come to an agreement to set up a system that reduces conflict, and sets up all of their civilizations for the future. Countries and Kingdoms were formed with strict borders, and tentative treaties were set up throughout. The Shattered Isles and Svinland withdrew somewhat to focus on fixing their own territory.
