For my first WorldEmber, I'll be writing (more) about the Largusian Empire, a country that spans a continent.
Inspiration
Still working on some parts of the inspiration prompt. I already know in my head the general direction I want to take, but I didn't have any particular songs or books or images that inspired me... I just sort of came up with it, so it's hard to go back and try to make something I didn't need... but here's a quick look at a basic pinterest board I put together.
Tidy Up Your Writing Space
I just redecorated my home office, so this seemed to fit the prompt. Cleaning up my files was a different story... but it's complete! And to the extent I'll need anything else from my world, I have some basic articles written already, but I don't think I'll need them (or at least, I don't think I'll need them much)
Finish Articles
About that. I have finished
most of my articles, but I do have an ongoing D&D campaign set in this world (on a whole other continent, so
we're safe here) so I'll just have to juggle my DM prep along with this. I can do it!
Worldbuilding Playlist
I use PocketBard for my D&D campaign, so honestly I'll probably just jump around the different locations/ambiences in there. The empire is so vast I'm not sure a single playlist can handle it all (:
Re-read Core Articles
This I shall do. I also have a couple of stubs for some locations in the Empire, so I'll either look those over or just delete them (they're quite old and several things have changed since I started them)
