Torra Helwind

A sailor and merchant at heart, Torra Helwind joined the Aethel National Church of Lathander as a cleric in her 30s, after a particularly tough merchant expedition left her unable to use one of her legs. After studying at Klosterdorf and spending a period of years traveling the realm as an Adjudicator of Light, she was named Pralat of Namel.
Since her appointment, trade goods moving in and out of the port have increased several times, growing the city itself and bringing prosperity - and a certain amount of mischief - to the region.
