Steelrock
Demographics
Steelrock is a small village outside a mine. It is almost exclusively made up of humans, though a few can be found from other species. This is a working village - almost everyone here in some way contributes to steel production for the kingdom.
Government
The mayor, who also happens to be the owner of the mine, oversees the village in conjunction with the head of the militia contingent that protects it. The chief concern is from within - the owner of the mine watches very carefully for anyone who might steal material or money.
Defences
Steelrock is carefully guarded both from within and from external forces by Aethel's militia.
Infrastructure
The village has a few taverns, a single inn, and mostly is made up of housing for the mine workers - usually two or three workers to a small house.
Guilds and Factions
The Aethel Blacksmith and Forger's Guild has an outpost here, and is responsible for the production of steel from raw materials gathered from the mine, and trains apprentices.
