Serin Tidecall

One of Imenia's few non-human politicians, water genasi Serin Tidecall was appointed Archon of Vathalia after years of service in the Republican Navy. Mostly trained in river combat in Imenia, Tidecall also previously served on a mercenary vessel on the oceans of Elaxios. He has been charged by the government with creating an expanded naval force in Imenia, continuing the river-combat training regimen but also expanding the seafaring navy from three vessels to over twenty. It is a daunting task, but if anyone can do it, Serin Tidecall can.
