Humans vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. They consist normally of two arms, two legs, and two eyes. Considered medium build between the races of Elarus

Two humans can reproduce to create an offspring who inherits half of the DNA of either parent. This allows for half-species with the other races. However, humans cannot reproduce successfully with either Dragonborn or Tiefling.

Humans spend roughly 13 years in childhood and then begin the transition into adulthood. The exact age a child is recognized as an adult varies by the child and the other adults around but is usually no later than 20 years old. Humans live to be roughly a century old.

The major religion of humans is the Church of Light. Any other religions that humans belong(ed) to are not acknowledged publicly. They are only permitted to live within the Blessed Kingdom of Light

Humans do not have any strict rules for genders. In general, women lean toward softer careers like weavers rather than working as a blacksmith, but there are no limits that would prevent a woman from becoming a blacksmith. It would simply be unusual to see. Both men and women are permitted in the army. Women have greater influence in the church than men do. According to the Church of Light, only a maiden is pure enough of spirit to directly communicate with the Light. However, this influence is still somewhat limited by the Bishops who are responsible for electing the Holy Maiden. In addition, a woman who is unchaste is not permitted to become the Holy Maiden and is no different from the men in the church in that she can no longer receive visions or prophecy from the Light.
