The subject is wracked with such pain that he doubles over and collapses. His face and hands blister and drip fluid, and his eyes cloud with blood, rendering him blind. For the duration of the spell the subject is considered helpless and cannot take actions. The subject's sight returns when the spell's duration expires.
Even after the spell ends, the subject is still visibly shaken and takes a -2 penalty on attack rolls, saves, and checks for 3d10 minutes.
You attempt to wrack a target with such pain that he or she doubles over and collapses. One creature you can see within range must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, his or her face and hands blister and drip fluid, and his or her eyes cloud with blood, rendering him or her Blinded and Prone. For the duration of the spell, the target additionally has his or her speed set to 0 and is Incapacitated, open to coup de graces. The target's sight returns when the spell ends. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the spell on a success.
Even after the spell ends, the target is still visibly shaken and has Disadvantage on Attack Rolls and Ability Checks for 1d4 Rounds. The creature can repeat the Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns while affected by this effect, ending this secondary effect on a success.
