Withering Verdict

5th Edition
You lay divine judgement upon a creature, weakening their flesh with every action. One creature you can see within range must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they are Cursed for 1 minute (Save ends at end of turn). While cursed in this way, the target takes 1d10 necrotic damage each time it makes an attack, casts a spell, manifests a psionic power, or takes the Dash or Disengage action. If casting a spell or manifesting a power in this way, the creature must immediately make a Concentration check, losing the spell or power on a failure.

This is a rare option

This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.

Somatic Components

You lift one hand like a magistrate delivering sentence, palm upward and fingers splayed. As you speak the curse, you slowly curl your fingers into a tight, deliberate fist—each joint locking with judgmental finality. At the final word, you turn your closed fist downward in a condemning gesture, as if grinding the will of the target into dust beneath an invisible seal.
