Wingblast

3.5th Edition
Hazy wings of mist form at your sides, bearing you aloft. At your command, the wings transform into a great blast of wind or a cloud of fog. When you cast this spell, large wings of mist—resembling those of a dragon of your choice—form on your back. You can fly at a speed equal to your base land speed (maximum 60 feet) with good maneuverability. You can fly if carrying a medium or heavy load or wearing medium or heavy armor. As a swift action, you can choose to transform the wings into one of the two effects given below. In either case, doing this immediately ends the spell's duration (if you are flying when this occurs, you fall).   A 60-foot-long line-shaped gust of severe wind (as the gust of wind spell; a Fortitude save negates the effect and spell resistance applies). A 20-foot-radius cloud of fog centered on you (as the obscuring mist spell; no save or spell resistance applies).

5th Edition
You conjure large, misty wings resembling those of a dragon of your choice, which grant you flight and command over the wind.   You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed (maximum 60 feet) with good maneuverability. You can fly while carrying a medium or heavy load or wearing medium or heavy armor.   As a bonus action, you may dismiss the wings to unleash one of the following effects. Doing so ends the spell immediately (if airborne, you begin to fall).   Windblast. You release a 60-foot-long, 10-foot-wide line of severe wind originating from you, replicating the gust of wind spell. Each creature in the area must make a Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away and have their movement speed halved until the start of their next turn. Flying creatures have disadvantage on the save.   Fogcloud. You release a 20-foot-radius sphere of fog centered on yourself, as per the fog cloud spell. The fog heavily obscures the area and moves with you for the round it is created. The fog lingers for the spell’s standard duration even after the spell ends.   At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, increase the length of the windblast by 10 feet or the radius of the fogcloud by 5 feet for each slot level above its base level.
