All living creatures within the cone are overcome with pain and suffering. They are stunned for the duration of the spell. A creature with no discernible anatomy is unaffected by this spell.
Material Component: A needle.
You release a powerful wave of pain and suffering in a 30-foot Cone. Each non-Undead, non-Ooze in the area must make a Constitution saving throw, being Stunned for the duration on a failure as they are overcome with the pain wracking their body. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the spell on them on a success.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
