Verdant Rot
5th Edition
You call upon nature's fury to rot a creature from within. One creature you can see in range must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, it takes 3d10 poison damage and becomes Poisoned (Save ends at end of turn). While poisoned this way, the target takes 1d10 poison damage at the start of each of its turns. On a success, the creature takes half as much damage and is not poisoned.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
