Terra Cotta Lion

3.5th Edition
As terra cotta warrior, but the spell animates a statuette of a foo lion (a celestial dire lion) into a Huge animated object (Huge construct, 90 hp, AC 13, hardness 6, speed 30 ft., attack slam +9, damage 2d6+7).   As with terra cotta warrior, the lion has none of the animated object attack forms given in the Monster Manual.   Focus: A terra cotta statue of a foo lion, up to 1 foot tall and costing 10 gp.

[spoiler] You touch a crafted statuette of a foo lion, transforming it into a hulking, animate guardian of hardened clay which appears in an unoccupied space adjacent to you. The terra cotta lion follows your commands, which you may issue as a bonus action.   At the end of the spell's duration, the lion reverts to its statuette form if it has any hit points remaining. If reduced to 0 hit points, it crumbles to powder and is destroyed.

Mindless. This creature has no Intelligence score (Treat it as having a +0 for saving throws required of it) and so is immune to Psychic damage and Mind-Affecting effects. It automatically fails any Intelligence check it needs to make.   Construct Traits. This creature is immune to Mind-Affecting effects, Sleep effects, Disease, Death effects, any Necromancy effect, any effect that requires a Constitution saving throw, Critical Hits (Unless the attack is from an adamantine weapon), Nonlethal Damage, any effect that would reduce its ability scores, and death from massive damage. As a construct, it cannot heal damage on their own, but can typically be repaired by exposing them to a certain kind of effect or through the use of certain magics. A construct with any form of Regeneration still benefits from that quality.   Immutable Form. The terra cotta warrior is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Actions

Multiattack. The terra cotta lion can make two attacks with its Slam.   Slam. Melee Attack Roll: +9, reach 10 feet., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) Bludgeoning damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, the lion's hit points increase by 15 for each slot level above its base level, and the damage of its Slam attack increases by 1d6 for every two slot levels above its base level.
