Sunder Brain
5th Edition
You swipe out at a target and try to sunder their brain's electrical signals. The target makes a Wisdom Saving Throw, falling Unconscious on a failure.
The target may repeat the saving throw at the beginning of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. The power ends early if the target takes any damage.
When this power ends, the target takes Lightning damage equal to 3d10 + your Manifesting Ability Modifier.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
