You unleash a spiraling bolt of ionized wind. Make a range spell attack against a creature in range. On a hit, the target takes 2d12 lightning damage and is pushed 10 feet in a straight line away from you.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, increase the damage by 1d12 for each slot level above base, and the distance pushed by 5 feet for every 2 slot levels above base.
