Rust Cloud

You conjure a cloud of red-brown flecks of rust to jitter in the air, forming a cloud of agitated particles in a 20-foot-radius Sphere centered on a point you can see within range. The Sphere spreads around corners, and its area is heavily obscured. It lasts for the duration, until you dismiss it as a Bonus Action, or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it. Any creature that enters the cloud for the first time each turn or starts its turn in the cloud must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 5d10 Slashing damage on a failure, or half as much on a success.   Any creature made in part or fully out of metal begins to rust and add to the cloud. When such a creature takes damage from this spell, the Radius of the cloud increases by 5 feet (To a maximum of a 40-foot-radius Sphere), and the creature begins rusting, taking an additional 1d4 Slashing damage at the beginning of each of its turn. This spell ignores Resistance and Immunity to Slashing damage from creatures made out of metal.   At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, increase the base damage by 1d10 and the damage taken from rusting by 1d4 for each slot level above its base level.

All creatures within the cloud become concealed, and all creatures outside the cloud become concealed to creatures within it. The cloud deals 5d10 slashing damage to any creature that starts its turn in the area, with a basic Fortitude save.   Metal that rusts off of a creature adds to the cloud. When a metal creature takes damage from the cloud, the cloud's area increases by 5 feet (to a maximum of a 40-foot burst), and the creature starts to rust, taking 1d4 persistent slashing damage. You can Dismiss the cloud.
Heightened (+2) The cloud's slashing damage increases by 1d10 and the persistent damage increases by 1d4.
