You shout, "A pox on you!"With a mere gesture, lesions erupt on the flesh of your enemies, and their pallor turns a sickly yellow.
Each affected creature takes 1d4 points of Constitution drain.
You gesture toward up to three creatures of your choice that you can see within 30 feet of you, spitting bile toward them. Each creature must make a Constitution saving throw, having their Constitution score lowered by 1d4 points on a failure. This lowering can be restored with Greater Restoration or similar magic.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, you may target on additional creature for each slot level above its base level.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
