Personality Parasite
5th Edition
You attempt to briefly partition the mind of your target, carving off a minor personality that is antagonistic to the main personality. Choose one creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Charisma Saving Throw or be affected by this power for the duration. A creature under the effects of a personality parasite must make a Charisma Saving Throw each time it attempts to perform an Action. On a failed save, the DM rolls a d20. On a 10 or lower, the action fails. On an 11 or higher, the creature targets itself if able, otherwise the action fails.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
