One creature you can see must make an Intelligence Saving Throw. On a failure, the target takes 2d6 Psychic damage and takes an additional 5 Psychic damage at the start of each of its turns. The target can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
Increased Order. When you manifest this power, you can increase its order by 1 or more. For each increase of 1, the initial damage increases by 1d6.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
