For the duration, one willing or Unconscious creature you touch is Immune to Psychic damage, Emotion Descriptor effects, other Mind-Affecting Descriptor effects, Divination spells, Clairsentience powers, and the Charmed condition. This power foils even Wish spells and powerful psionics or other effects of similar power which affect the target's mind or grant information about it.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
