Ignore Death
5th Edition
You imbue a powerful cathectic charge in a creature so overwhelming that it can cause the creature to believe it has not died even after its body has given up, overruling its body's ability to fail with raw emotion alone. The first time the target would drop to 0 Hit Points as a result of taking damage, the target instead drops to 1 Hit Point and the power ends.
If the power is still in effect when the target is subjected to an effect that would kill it instantly without dealing damage, that effect is instead negated, and the power ends.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
