One creature you can see within range must make an Intelligence Saving Throw, taking 6d8 Psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. A creature that fails this saving throw also goes into a frenzy as its id runs rampant. Until the end of its next turn, it can use its Action only to take the Dodge action or an Action that requires an Attack Roll.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
