You imbue creatures with lingering psychic energy, crippling them with pain at any sign of aggression. Choose a point you can see within range. Creatures within a 20-foot Radius centered on that point must make a Charisma Saving Throw, taking 4d10 Psychic damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. On a failed save, for the duration, an affected creature takes Psychic damage equal to your Manifesting Ability Modifier whenever it deals damage to a creature. It takes this damage for each creature it damages in the case of an effect that targets multiple creatures, like a Fireball spell.
At the end of each of the affected creatures' turns, they can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
