A burst of force radiates from you, seismically damaging all element-based creatures nearby.   Any creature with the air, earth, fire, or water subtype that is within the area of the spell takes 1d8 points of damage per caster level (maximum 10d8).   Creatures without the air, earth, fire, or water subtype are unaffected.
 
5th Edition
You release a burst of seismic force, damaging all element-based creatures nearby. Each creature with the Air, Earth, Fire, or Water in range must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 8d8 force damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. Creatures without the Air, Earth, Fire, or Water Subtype are immune to this spell.

Somatic Components

The caster holds a small pouch containing a mix of a charcoal chip, a stone fragment, a droplet of water, and a thimble of captured air. They lift the pouch high, intoning the spell as each element is named. With a forceful crush, they burst the pouch in their hand, scattering its contents as they thrust their fist downward, unleashing a surge of power that resonates with the primal forces of all four elements.
