You cause a creeping chill to overcome your target, making it hard for them to move. One creature you can see in range makes a Constitution saving throw, taking 4d6 cold damage and having their speed set to 0 for the duration on a failure, or half damage and having their speed halved until the end of their next turn on a success.
At the end of each of the target’s turns, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, increase the damage by 1d6 for each spell level above its base level.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
