The spell deals 1d6 points of damage per caster level (maximum 10d6).
Do not divide damage from sand scour by four when applying it to objects.
You spray sand from your outstretched palm with enough force to strip flesh from bone and scour surfaces. Each creature in a 30-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 5d6 slashing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This damage ignores up to 5 points of hardness from objects.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a higher level spell slot, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above its base level.
