Choose one creature you can see within range. The target must make a Charisma Saving Throw. On a failed save, you and that creature teleport, swapping places. This power fails and is wasted if either of you can't fit in the destination space.
This is a rare option
This option requires special permission to take. In the case of spells, psionic powers, and similar options, this option must be found in the world and cannot be taken upon level-up.
