Jaspier Penrose
Jaspier is one of the last known apprentices of Damien Ironbrand. He is a halfling artificer, and has been described as a 'barely stable genius'. He is 27 years old.
His father was Charles Penrose. Miko Tanner is his cousin.
He was recovered in the Old Wreck Site, but then betrayed the guild and fled. He possesses a partly-operational shield token of his own making, but he has not used it to teleport to the world tree in the Guildhall or its sapling.
In the sixth month since Guildfall Jaspier attacked the World Tree, and it was confirmed that his shield token takes him to a blighted copy of the World Tree in the Rotwood Conclave's Hall. Shortly before the conclusion of the war, he would attack the village of Dorn and kill the guild's High Cleric, Breac Sunfist, only to be killed in turn by adventurers. He was raised into the guild's service by William 'Whisper' Bregan and now serves as the guild's shieldsmith - perhaps for the rest of eternity.
