Guild Report - SL - The Right Recipe - New contractor
General Summary
In the small town of Harvest Hollow
A very short Male human called Quepid (definitely just Cupid in a chef hat) dressed in immaculate white cloth draped over himself sent out a personal request for adventures to help him bake some cookies in preparation for Valentine's Day in a weeks time.
The party tried using thieves cant to locate Quepid, but ended up procuring two bags of purple dust after the bar Parton misunderstood them. This power is called Quepool and, like pixie dust, gives a positive or negative random effect determined by the DM after ingestion.
Quepid was found working as the local taverns cook, but he needed a tear of joy from a red dragon in order to complete his perfect recipe. He agreed to use a bag of this dust to make a baguette for the party to give to the dragon.
A dragon named Hemroider recently moved into a mountain about half a days travel (on foot) away from the town. It didn't attack the town, but there were long and loud cries coming from it every night (started about 2 weeks after moving in to the mountain)
The party went to the potion shop before leaving and met Easel, an elderly lady. After the party refused to buy fire resistant potions for a large sum of gold, she offered them for free in exchange for their souls. (She has a contract with Zariel's minions) The party then put her to sleep, tied her up, stole from her and drugged her with the dust. The party didn't realise as one of Easel's imps hid itself in their clothing.
After traveling to the mountain, they found a large cave entrance and followed it inside the mountain. The imp came out wanting revenge for stealing Easel's stuff and summoned a fire elemental to attack the party in a confined space.
Afterwards the party found the red dragon and convinced it they were there to give gifts
