Guild Report - SL - 27.02.24 - Giants? Giants!

The giants were raiding supply ships for alcohol containing Nymph Honey. The party contacted the giants and were able to set up a meeting with the Enclave’s ruler, Storm Princess Frode Ymirdaughter. This conversation went well after beating Frode’s bodyguard in an honor duel, so giantmade goods will be traded for ‘their weight in (nymph honey) alcohol’. Notable Narrative Stuff: • A giant enclave is trading with ‘smallfolk’, this is highly unusual and likely not sustainable. o The giants will likely use metals and stones to artificially increase the weight of the traded items. • ‘Nymph Honey’ is honey made from nymph sap which is produced by the flowers who grow on nymphs. o It can be ‘milked’ if given willingly. o If the nymph dies you can ‘harvest’ the flowers from their body. Magic Items of Note: • Wrathful Weapon o May use an unspent hit die to do that much more damage. • Heroic Mantal o 3 charges; 1 for remove curse or elemental weapon, 2 for Aura of Vitality • Fire Giant ‘chain’. Fire giant chain mail modified to fit medium creatures. o +1 armor, gives resistance to fire. o Treated as plate for AC calculation (its really dence).
