Guild Report - SL - "Wyrm Hunting"
General Summary
ur brave adventurers took on Brother Rangwilds request although they were not trusting of what this acolyte was selling.
Further investigations and conversations at the Temple of Lindorn escalated their distrust and raise further questions.
Although the temple was indeed damage what by appears to be a dragon, there were two different slash marks on the tapestries.... almost as if there had been two dragons fighting, not one.
The sneaky rogue slipped away during dinner with the equally stealthy ranger and investigated a hidden trapdoor, only to miss finding the trap. Luckily the stalwart halfling rogue resisted the poisons effect. Finding nothing of note they groups decided to proceed, and to look for the 'Staff of Saurfang' and return it to Brother Rangwild.
Braving the sleet and snow they made their way up into the mountains, and like adventurers are prone to do, enterred the dragons lair through the backdoor. They were attacked by an usual beast, not quite a dragon-born, but definately not a lizardfolk. It proved no match.
Then the barbarians led their way into the lair proper and caught their first sight of the fearsome Frostwing, a mighty White Dragon! Rushing to get into melee range one of the two raging barbarians was instantly downed with the ice breath of of fearsome foe. The party became more circumspect, but did they shy away from their task? No they did not.
