Dragon Conclave of Argonnessen
The Conclave, with the assistance of the Eyes of Chronepsis who actually police dragon behaviour, lead the draconic nation from the Great Eyrie. For millennia they have been considered the greatest power on Eberron, guiding the fate of the world through the Draconic Prophecy. Many mortal races, such as dragonborn, kobolds, goblins, orcs, dwarves and humans, also live under the Conclave's rule and protection. The Conclave tends to be isolationist, meeting only once every ten years and preferring not to interfere in mortal affairs on other continents unless those affairs threaten the Prophecy or the safety of Argonnessen itself. However, dark dragon cults such as the Talons of Tiamat have been known to take root on other lands, pursuing various darker lines of the prophecy that lead to apocalypse, and the Conclave will appoint armies such as the Light of Siberys to seek these cults out and exterminate them.
Unlike many other worlds, a dragon's color does not determine its alignment in Eberron. The different colored dragons are simply subspecies of the race, who prefer different environments to live in.
It is unknown what needs a Dragon would have from the Little Warriors. They certainly never bothered to trade with the Guild before Guildfall.
