Sten’s woodworking is both meticulous and organic. He carves tree spirits into beams, animals into bowls, and myth into furniture. He prefers trees that have fallen naturally and sometimes speaks to them before he begins. His tools are old, passed down through hands and dreams. “Wood listens,” he says. “And sometimes, it answers.” His pieces are said to hum softly at night.
